Service & Warrantees We wish to start a relationship with every customer we have. Our customers know that we stand behind our work, we will uphold any warrantees or guarantees, and we will be there when they call for this type of work. We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year. This means any installation or repair we do will be done in a professional, and code-compliant manner, by someone with a trade license that knows how to do it. We want our customers' complete satisfaction. We as a company, do not like to go back to a job and do something twice. The materials that we provide are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, our company will guarranty all parts and materials we purchase and install for 120 days, at a minimum, if the product warranty is not more. However, if you request our services to install something you have purchased, we do warranty parts and labor, or repair for these materials, unless you purchased them thru our recommended supplier and we approve of these materials for your project. Satisfaction We strive to earn your complete satisfaction as our customer. We want you to know that you have made the right choice in choosing us. How We Charge We charge by the hour and not an already established, over inflated, flat rate price that other companies may charge, and convince you to think that they will be cheaper than the hourly rate company. Our years of experiance can usually give you a reliable and accurate price before the work starts as well, and it ends up being cheaper than the flat rate price.
