We provide individualized services tailored to the needs of each client which includes cordination and scheduling as needed work with other local general contractors and experts to insure the quality and completion of all work. Billing is flexible and due upon completion of the work contracted. The client is responsible for all material cost ( this insures the quality of materials as the client specifies ) except in emergency situations as those involving children and the disabled to which reimbursement to the contractor is due upon presentation of the materials receipt. A deposit is required for work valued over $1000.00 of not less than 30% and not greater than 50% which is not refundable. Bid estimates are provided to customer via email on schedule rates. On site bid inspection have a $15 fee applied. Locations over 25 miles from office will have a travel fee of not less than $25 applied and applied by scheduled rate. Bids are not to be considered a final cost.
