- Provider Description: I am skilled at working with architects, builders, contractors, A/C installers, remodelers, interior decorators, and home owners to provide Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Manual J residential room-by-room A/C load calculations and I am looking to increase my client base. I usually work each floor as a separate zone, but I also have experience working homes large enough to require more zones. The ACCA has trusted me with an unlocked version of their MS Excel spreadsheet so that I can improve the fidelity of the options, number of entries per zone, and integration with my preparatory spreadsheet. Included in the costs is a site visit (in the Greater Houston area) and I don't mind including what-if scenarios and advise on maximizing efficiency. Deliveries include total BTUs of heating and cooling required for each zone, categorized break downs of heat gains and losses by zone, and CFMs required for each room. Please provide me with a floor plan and other plans if available as a PDF or AutoCAD file. The more details you can provide me (e.g., blueprints, R-Values / U-values, window SC / SHGC, and color & type of roof), the better my load estimate will be. I have a questionnaire sheet to guide you. As you can see below, my rates are very competitive - I'm trying to grow my customer base. I don't cut corners on quality and I offer very short turn around times. References from Manual J customers available upon request.
