If parts are needed we have a typical 30% mark up from our contractor price... Emergency/After Normal Working Hour Calls- The rate is time and a half (above rate x 1.5). Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 6AM - 6PM... Maintenance Accounts- contracted... Design and Build/Install- typically by bid, sometimes by time and material at an agreed upon rate... We offer free quotes and initial inspections (This does not include any service work preformed. An inspection is merely reporting the status of equipment/system with recommendations)... We work with all types of filtration systems, humidification systems, and controls... Regarding fuel sources, we work with natural gas, propane, electric, geothermal, and solar... We have relationships and have worked with various utilities in the area and are up on the different rebates offered. Also, we are aware of tax credits offered.
