I restore vintage stereo equipment as a hobby, to keep the equipment alive and to be enjoyed by someone. I am also very good at flooring, and tile work. I network with several other professionals in my area, painting, handymen, and large-projects contractors. I may be able to refer you to one, if I am unable to take your project on. These folks have never generated a complaint when I follow up with the clients, and I know the clients have been treated well by my referrals. For ANY emergency, I am ALWAYS on call...if at 3am, just ignore me for the first seven seconds ? Ill wake up. For time sensitive projects, I will work until it's done, but otherwise, I keep regular hours. I WILL respond to an emergency call at any hour. I do not add mark ups on materials; what materials I get for the job are billed back at my cost. I'll never sell you something you do not need, just to make a buck. I do try to shop locally as much as possible. My emergency service call charges are minimal...Round trip time, and a 2 hour minimum. My hourly rate is 45$/hr, with a 2 hr minimum for all work, unless otherwise arranged. I will wear socks, slippers or house shoes inside, so I don't track dirt through your home. I will not leave a mess inside or out, at the end of the day. I will pass ANY background check. I have not been vetted by Angi...you found me on a bulletin board, but my reviews speak for themselves that you will get a quality outcome.
